I found Theoxenia House Hotel to have a great location in Kifisia, right by a lovely park. but the experience was mixed. The spacious suite was comfortable for my needs, though I did notice some cleanliness issues. Breakfast was varied, which was nice, but other amenities felt outdated. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, though there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
